Got a hot exclusive here, it’s a pain in the ass to even find the cover to this baby right here. We got got a chapter excerpt from one of SF’s best, Ken MacLeod. This is from his forthcoming (August) The Night Sessions. MacLeod has written several sweet books including the Falling Revolution and Engines of Light sequences - and one of my favorite first contact books Learning the World. His novels have been nominated for the Hugo, Nebula, and Arthur C. Clarke awards for best of the year and he is a winner of the Prometheus and BSFA awards.

The Night Sessions will be available in August and in the hands of all SF heads a week later, and this is your first look! Big thanks to all involved in this, one for making it happen and the other for giving me some breathing room to follow through on it!
