I just posted another exclusive preview for the ‘bookspot fam! This time we have an excerpt from Daniel Abraham’s latest, An Autumn War, published by TOR this month! This is the third book in his Long Price Quartet. In 2006 I interviewed Mr. Abraham when the first book in this series, A Summer in Shadow (see my review) was released.
Abraham has been nominated for the Hugo, Nebula and Campbell awards and won the International Horror Guild Award. I’m not sure how he didn’t win some more hardware for Flat Diane which had to be the best story the year it came out, but moving on to new conquests:
