Just wanted to drop a line and point people to the Forgotten Friday the ‘bookspot fam hosted this week that features several mystery authors participating. It’s kind of terrible timing for us with World Con in terms of getting any kind of mixture of participation but it looks to have turned out great though I’m not sure if a Forgotten Friday occurs and no Tomio is heard, does it in fact really occur? Sadly, much like the San Diego Comic Con, it seems so.

I was unable to participate this week as I have been busy watching a season of heinous television to review for FBS as we practice bowing down to our new corporate masters, but this is the price to pay for not having to ask people to pay attention to us - they simply do. That’s the official word, unofficially Bookspot and Tomio have had heated negotiations regarding a new exclusive contract. The biggest free agent since Harriet Klausner, a deal is reported to be in the works for next week, but I’ve stopped holding my breath, because I’m still fond of life (only because Football season is coming soon).

There is not truth to the report by Nick Saban that I have been in negotiations with Iron Chef America to write blurbs for each battle.
