Review - Caine Black Knife by Matthew Stover

October 18th, 2008 · No Comments

Over at BookSpotCentral I just put up my review of Matthew Stover’s latest, Caine Black Knife, that was released a couple days ago be Del Rey. A review I really struggled with as it’s tough to really talk about facets of this book without revealing too much. It does tell two stories (one from the past, and one that is current - at least to us) but is very much one of those novels that’s all-in. I just kind of tried to say I really dug it and that it fulfilled my expectations of a Caine Book that we’ve heard was a possibility to be released for the last couple of years. If you’ve read and njoy Heroes Die and Blade of Tyshalle you already know you have you to get Caine Black Knifem and if you’re not reading Matthew Stover - why are you one of those?

GO CHECK OUT MY REVIEW!

Also, don’t forget we have a sample of the first parts of Caine Black Knife for you as well! I know a couple days ago John Scalzi pointed to an excerpt (go check that feature out BTW - pretty cool Stover talk), but ours is a bit easier to read than the one at Del Rey’s site (ours is formatted like the book) and adds more!

Enjoy!

I don’t bulltshit and I tell you we have some sweetness coming up!
