As announced by Jeff VanderMeer at his blog he and and Ann will be editing Squidpunk for Tachyon that will among others include the talents of Stephen Baxter, Michael Moorcock, Sarah Monette, Paul Witcover, Jay Lake, John Scalzi, Cat Rambo, Matt Staggs, Thomas Ligotti and Elizabeth Hand.
